What started off as a seedling of an idea following personal tragedy has now grown into a strong independent company boasting one of the largest range of funeral services and 'personal touches' to help and assist those who wish to give their loved one a beautiful funeral day regardless of cost.

Over the years we have added many new services, the latest being our very own bespoke florist and the recent addition of our Audio & Visual Media team, offering first class streaming and videos to assist where sadly Covid 19 has reduced the numbers who can now attend the funeral service. We are currently updating our site to reflect the wide choice of services that we now offer.

The service I received from Personal Touch Funerals was the absolute best service I could have asked for at such a stressful time for myself and my family. The day of my father’s funeral went so smoothly from the moment the funeral directors arrived at our house, the outstanding church service, burial and reception. Pauline ensured that the funeral was live-streamed. My dad had a wonderful send off without any further stress to us as all of our wishes were carried out. Pauline has shown nothing but support throughout the whole process and comforted my mum and I during each phone conversation and when we went into the branch. My mother died early January at home. As you can imagine an incredibly tough time for the family. I rang Pauline as soon as possible. She launched into action immediately and we felt relieved that she was there for us, immediately taking off the pressure. In the weeks that followed Pauline worked closely with the family.
